Obituary

MIDDLETON-Kathleen Virginia Fox, age 46, of Middleton passed away on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013. She was born on Feb. 5, 1967, in Skokie, Ill., the daughter of Phillip and Carol Fox. The Fox family regrettably announces her passing. Kathleen proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1985 through 1989 with the Atlantic Fleet. Kathleen was an accomplished Equestrian rider, a creative artist, loved fishing and the outdoors, and worked in the hospitality industry from the late 1990’s through 2008. She currently worked at the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital in Madison. Kathleen is survived by her father, Phillip Fox, step-mother, Mary Fox, her siblings, Bill von Weyhe, Todd von Weyhe, Chris Relli-Kunz, Kimberly Gelazin, Robert Fox, Dave von Weyhe, Kimberly Frederick and Andrea Nelson, among many other family members in Florida, Wisconsin and Michigan. Kathleen was unexpectedly taken from her family far too early in life and will be loved by all forever. A Memorial gathering will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL HOME, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16, 2013. Kathy and my daughter, Carla, were BFF for years and spent many hours at our house there In Davie,Fl. Always sweet and kind to everyone. Sorry to see her go so soon but am confident we'll all be together again. My sympathy to all her family and friends. God Bless You. Louise Corners

Her condo friends that knew her well will miss her dearly. She was so fun, positive and bubbly, just like Ginger her lovely grandmother. She move up here to help Ginger out and I feel so privileged to have had known both. I wish we'd had more time to spend with her and I feel so bad that we can't. Her lost is devastating to me and I'm sure even more so for her family.
