Dear Wellman Family, I am so sorry to hear of Millie's passing. I grew up next door to Millie and will always remember her as a sweet and kind neighbor. Every Halloween, she set aside extra large bags of candy for my sister and I. She was such a wonderful neighbor and I'm so happy to have known her. I am so sorry for your loss.
