Ann was a beautiful person, inside and out. My sympathy to her family and friends, especially to Ron, Stephen, Cheryl and Terry. My sorrow is in the suffering she endured but my admiration was created by the way she lived in the face of such a devastating illness. I wish I'd had an opportunity to spend more time with Ann. My impression of her was kindness and compassion with a fun-loving spirit. May Ann rest in peace with God's blessing upon her soul. Lois Bartelt

Ann and I lived in Barnard Hall when we went to UW. We used to talk about what we would do with our lives. We graduated the same year and of course lost touch. We probably lived in the same city for years and never knew it. My sympathies to her family.

Ann was my next door neighbor for many years growing up. We have not seen each other in many years. I am very sorry for your loss. I know how she fought in life for breast cancer as I work with cancer patients and see the struggles they go through every day. I know her fight was a courageous one. Please know I am saddened by your loss. God Bless you all!
