MADISON-Virginia Lea Gonzales, age 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 4, 1939 in Denver, Colo. Virginia is survived by her children, Joey Cisneros, Shirley (LaVern) Walker, Randy (Mary) Gonzales, and Raylene (Hugo) Gonzales; grandchildren, Donald, Joey, Nicholas, Kendrick, Amanda, Adrian, Angel, Crystal, Kyle and Marcus; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Camron, Chaveah, Cerinity, Nicholas Jr., Jayden, Tianna, Talynn, Kendrick Jr., Jonathan Jr., Nicquera, A’Raya, and Tre’sean. She was preceded in death by daughter, Vickie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5101 Schofield St., Monona, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, with Father John Silva presiding. Special music and readings will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass on Wednesday.
