STOUGHTON-David James Ladwig, age 25, of Stoughton, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013. David graduated from Stoughton High School in 2006. He enjoyed playing baseball and going to Brewer Games. He looked forward to the spring so he could start throwing the ball. He loved to spend time at the family cottage, playing cribbage and fishing with his dad and Grandpa Bruce. David developed a love of music as a teenager and learned to play guitar. David liked tinkering on cars with his dad and his Uncle Scott. He had a big heart, always concerned about his friends and others. He loved his little sisters and was especially proud of Lauren. He loved family and enjoyed spending time with them. David will be deeply missed. He is survived by his Mother, Gina (Brian) John; Father, David A. Ladwig; Sisters, Lauren John and Ashlyn Ladwig; Grandparents, Bruce and Roselind Hochtritt, Sandra John, David and Kathleen Schulz, and Faith Ladwig; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, many other relatives and friends. David was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Alan John and James Ladwig. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ANN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 N. Van Buren St, Stoughton, at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, with Mnsgr. Healy presiding. Visitation will be at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Wednesday. Gina and family....my heart go's out to each and every one of you. He is now in GOD'S care & will be looked after by 2 of his grandpa's too. He will be forever missed by everyone who loved him...hoping he is playing his guitar up there & maybe even taking requests like: "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" or "Roll Out The Barrel" HEAVY METAL/ROCK STYLE! OMG Gina, I am SO saddened to hear of the loss of your son. My heart breaks for you. You are such a sweet lady and this is too much for any Mother to bear. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this terrible time in your life.
