We are so sorry for the loss of Chris. Thinking of you at this difficult time. There are so many great memories of Chris over the past 40 years. Always remember his spunk about the Badgers, and how he loved tailgaiting. If thoses Badgers lost, he always had an opinion on what went wrong and who should be replaced. Chris was a great Dad, he loved life and his family. Chris will be sadly missed by all.

All of us who golfed regularly with Chris are saddened by his death and will miss spending that time with him. He was a wonderful 'by the rules' competitor who will be forever known for his dislike of the 'in the leather' putt. He would always say "If it's that easy, why not putt it?" And he was right. Our Tuesday-Thursday golfing group will remember him fondly. By the way, Chris, you are welcome to just send down your $6.00 each Tuesday and Thursday. We'll let you know if you win!

Hi Hanson brothers, So sorry about your Dad. Been following his progress through my mom the last several months and I am truly depressed having heard of his passing. It brings back some very vivid memories for me and there is no way to prepare for the finality of it. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families and hoping you are coping okay. Although I have not seen much of you or your dad in recent years, I have so many great memories of him and our families together. There are many times when he played the role of a 2nd dad to me. Especially discussing play-by-play details around Badger and Brewer games and on the golf course where my dad was dysfunctional at best :) I still remember when I was 12 and stayed back to pitch a baseball game in LL. Rode up to Spooner with just your dad for 6 hrs - no iPods or video games. 6 hrs of chatting about Brewers, Little League, and what he did at his job while playing wingman dodging deer and listening to truck driver chatter on his CB radio the last couple hours. Good stuff to hang on to. Would love to catch up with you guys and I regret that I am just reaching out now. My best to you and be blessed. Steve Rule
