Obituary

LODI-Mike Tarcha, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in Fitchburg. He was born on November 7, 1924 in Butler, PA., the son of Mike and Mary (Hamas) Tarcha. Mike married Donna Bartholmew on June 29, 1957. He served in the US Army after World War II. Mike love working on anything mechanical and worked as stationary engineer until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Donna; his children, Margo Roder, Ringo Lee Tarcha, and Michael Tarcha; a grandson, Zachary Tarcha and siblings, Mary Pelesky, Sam Macenczak, John Macenczak, Ann Macenczak, Josephine Housty and Andrew Macenczak. Mike was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ann Epsick, Helen Wade, Helen Murphy and Margie Krassnoski. Memorial services will be held at HAMRE GUNDERSON FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 2, 2013 with the Reverend Michael Lee presiding. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
