Laurie, I am so sorry for your loss of John. When ever I saw John he always had a joke to tell. When I retired he sent me a very nice card. It was a pleasure knowing him. He is in heaven now and not in any pain. My prayers are with you and your family at this time.

I was sorry to read of the passing of John(Moose as he had me call him). Of the thousands of patients I have worked with over the last 25 years, John had to be my favorite. Even with the pain he had from his post op conditions and degenerative conditions, he was still always pleasant, seemed core concerned with my well being than his. It was a pleasure and honor to have known this man. Chris

Laurie, So sorry to see John's passing in the paper this weekend. He put up a Hell of a battle all these years. Unfortunately I am in Kentucky traveling this week and will not be able to make it back in time for the funeral, thus the e-mail. Mom is not herself anymore and doesn't know me or Sandy, so as much as I would love to tell her, and somehow get her there, she wouldn't understand. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease. Again I am so sorry about John. My best to all the family.
