Karen J Krug

BRIGGSVILLE-Karen J. Krug, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 30, 2013. She was born on Oct. 6, 1943, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Raymond and Bernice Krug. Karen worked at Briggs and Stratton for 13 years until her retirement. She had a variety of interests including, reading, bowling, and she loved butterflies. Most of all, Karen enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. She is survived by her children, Gerry W. Riepl, Sandy Lenk, and Patty Riepl; grandchildren, Nicole and Michaela Riepl, Jason Kasper, Mike Lenk Jr., and RaeLynn Hilgers; great-grandchildren, Ayden and Ayla Kasper; and brothers, Bob and Ken Krug. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Celebration of Karen’s Life will be held at AMERICAN LEGION POST NO. 329, W8539 State Road 23, Briggsville, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
