Hi Jolene. Patsy and I are on vacation and read about Mom's passing online. Mom always gave me a big hug every time we met. She always showed her appreciation for friends. As you know, she was very, very proud of you. I stayed aware of her progress through Phyllis Pickards. I regret not calling her and offering her encouagement in her battle. May she rest in peace. Words can not express how very sorry I am for the loss of Maureen. She was such a sweet, caring, thoughtful, spirited woman. I loved having the opportunity to get to know her and take care of her. It was a true honor. I told Maureen once that she reminded me of my grandmother and she will always have a place in my heart just as my grandma does.
