She was born on Sept. 14, 1922, in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Edmund and Lulu Belle (Winebrenner) Teichmiller. Vivian worked at Madison Kipp during WW II and met the love of her life, William Penewell, after the war. Janette, Lynette, and your families, I would like to extend my condolences. I know what a kind and wonderful woman your Mother was, and know that my mom Pat and Dad Audrey counted your mom and dad among the dearest of their friends. My hope is at this time you can remember all the wonderful things about your mother and grandmother, and that will give you peace.
