Sweets: You were the love of my life. We had such big plans for our future. "Isn't it pretty to think so" I hear you saying? You taught me so many things and I will fulfill my promises to you. Your legacy lives on through your sons. I cannot imagine my life without you. May you finally find the time to rest and be at peace. I imagine you now with your father, your "hero" Russ, and your brother Marcus sitting on a chair lift together getting ready to ski down the best run there is. I will not say goodbye, I will say instead "I will see you later" my love....

My condolences to Miles' family. In junior high, Miles had me over to the house where he would routinely beat me in his favorite board game, Stratego. Luckily, I could retaliate out in the driveway with the basketball.
