Please accept my sincere condolences to Mike’s entire family. I worked under Mike at TDS for several years. It took me a little while to get to know Mike while at TDS but I am so fortunate that I did. He was a great co-worker and friend. My wife and I have some fond memories of one of the TDS Mexico vacations. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Tony Adkins
