I will miss Aunt DeLoris so much. My fond memories go back to being a child;she always made the most wonderful Christmas cookies. Gypsy the dog and Mischief the cat lived at her house..
She was a great woman - supporter of the Girl Scouts, her family and friends.
She could run circles around anyone with the energy and love of life she had.
Thanks, Aunt DeLoris for all you have done for me.

Aunt DeLoris, also known to us by her family nickname Aunt Babe, just recently wrote in my husband's birthday card to get started on his bucket list. I have no doubt that she had accomplished most, if not all, the items on hers.
She had a great zest for life. For example, even though in her 80s, on her last visit to Tahoe, she rode our jet ski smiling and laughing the entire time, which I am sure would not surprise anyone who knew her! We will miss her visits to Tahoe where she always wanted to play card games which is a fond memory of my son.
We also shared a love of movies and books, and I will miss those conversations as well as hearing about her exploits with the WOWs and her many interests.
But most of all I will miss her as a great resource for family history and keeping the memories alive of those who passed before her especially from the Gudenschwager and Schultz clans. I take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her brother/my dad, my brother/her nephew, and grandparents along with Maureen and Uncle Dick and those who went before her.
My mother, Adeline, her sister-in-law, doesn't have access to email so she asked me to give her condolences to Mike and Dennis and their families, too. She has been part of our lives through so many years and will be missed.

You have my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your Mom. She has always had a special spot in my heart. You may not remember me but your Mom was so good to me the two summers I baby sat for you in Lake Delton. I have great memories of my time spent with you there. Keep your memories in your heart to help you thru these days of sorrow. God bless all your families. Marlene
