James David Newlun

Jim will be dearly missed. It was quite a pleasure working for him at the Department of Financial Institutions and I appreciate his leadership there and everything he has taught me. My deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends!

Jim/Dad #2: you will be missed. i am thankful that not only are you well again now in heaven, but that i had an opportunity to know you and love you and be loved by you over the years. you were an amazing man, and have an amazing family. may you enjoy them from above now.

As I read the obituary for Mr. Newlun, I was truly impressed by the outstanding and full life he lived. Never-the-less, losing such precious loved ones causes us much pain. How thankful we are that our grand Creator, plans to restore his original purpose and make it possible for all mankind (including loved ones we have lost in death) to live forever under perfect conditions. (Matthew 6:10; Job 14:14 & 15). Please accept our condolences as you deal with the loss of Mr. Newlun and contemplate the hope of seeing him once again.

Jim, you always showed concern and respect for people. This was evident in the work place. You also demonstrated and set a good example with your many years of leading young boys through the scouting program. You are a good man Jim, you deserve a rest.

I feel blessed to have known such a wonderful man. He always had such a positive attitiude.
