Obituary

Poynette - Adolph H. Falk (Doc) passed away on October 30, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 5, 1929 to Henry & Agnes (Hauge). He was united in marriage to Marilyn (Hermanson) on Sept. 2, 1950 and was married to his loving wife Marilyn for 62 years. He is survived by 3 children: Linda (Harold) Brereton, Jeannette Poster, Jerry (Renee) Falk and Bea Runyan. Grandchildren: Julie (Troy) Christofferson, Benjamin (Annie) Brereton, Chris Falk, Nathan (Bobbi Jo) Wiesshoff, Amber (Bill) Elsing, Angela Runyan and Doug (Melissa) Runyan. Great-Grandchildren: Trent and MacKenzie Christofferson and Jackson Brereton. Adolph is peoceeded in death by his parents, brothers (Earl and Carl), great grandson (Tyler), mother and father-in-law, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, son-in-law and nephews. Adolph served his country as a Sargent in the Army in the Korean War and was a member of the Poynette VFW. He was an offset printer for Eastex for 42 years. Adolph was involved for many years in the Model A Club. He loved restoring model A's, woodworking, boating and spending time with family and friends. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held Sun, November 11th at Fitz's on the Lake in Okee from 2-4:30pm. A private family burial service will be at Dekorra Lutheran Cemetery. Sincere Sympathies to the family of Adolph. I am the former Karen Lee who grew up across the street from you in Madison. Adolph and Marilyn were such great friends to my parents Ingolf and Virginia Lee. I have fond memories of trips to your Lake Wisaconsin home.
