Helen Jane Morin

Fairfield, CA. - Helen Griesbach Morin passed away peacefully in Fairfield on Oct. 27, 2012. Helen was born in Madison, the daughter of Herman and Florence Griesbach. She graduated from Madison East High and worked for Farmers Mutual Insurance, Neckerman Agency, for many years. She moved to San Francisco where she met her husband, Evert Morin. They were married in Madison in December, 1951. They have two sons, Steve (Jane) and Gary, now living in the San Francisco Bay area. She and Evert lived in the Philippines for five years while he worked for the US Navy. During that time they traveled extensively in the Far East. Helen was active in the Shrine and Eastern Star for many years. Besides her sons, Helen is also survived by her brother, Ray (Sharon) Griesbach of Madison.
