To the Miller Family: I had the pleasure of working closely with Jim twice in a lifetime. We began a year apart at MGE and were on several projects together, we were able to get to know one another in our personal lives through different social events. Then after almost 20 years,I came back as a service provider to MGE,and Jim (lucky for me) was my client contact. We again renewed old stories and enjoyed similiar tales of our new lives. He was a caring man, he was a fun man.I remember the statement he made to me early in my return in 2001, "dont forget where you got started in this business", I didnt and he knew it.When I left the scene 7 years later, he came to my farewell gathering, again as a friend and co-worker, he respected me for my qualities and I the same of him.GOD Bless him and keep him..He is watching over us...

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Jim’s (Mr. Miller) family, especially our very good friends Chris and Andrea Miller. What a wonderful wedding we all got to be a part of in early September. Judging by the smiles on Jim’s face throughout the weekend, it was obvious how excited he was for his son and the new addition to his family. In my talks with Jim throughout the joyful weekend, you could tell how proud he was of the man Chris has become. It is clear that Chris will carry on Jim’s legacy of being an “all-around good guy.” We feel so very sorry for your loss Chris, Andrea, Andy and the rest of the Miller family. The Coogan’s
