Mason James Mickelson

MADISON - Mason James Mickelson, passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving parents on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, as he courageously fought for life. He was born on Oct. 6, 2012, the treasured son of Jeffrey and Rebecca (Boyles) Mickelson. He was our ‘lil’ miracle, a beautiful baby boy who touched so many lives in such a brief time. Mason is survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Rebecca Mickelson; grandparents, James and Sharyn Boyles, Steve and Nancy Mickelson; uncle, Daniel Mickelson; and aunts, Heidi Boyles and Deborah Schaffer. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Herman and Margaret Breunig; and great-grandmother, Julie Mickelson. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday. Mason, we will always miss and love you; you will never be forgotten.
