I have worked with Jim at Mallatt's for several years. I loved seeing him when I arrived in the morning, he always greeted with a smile or joke of some sort. He was a great person to be around and I enjoying talking with him. His greatest asset certainly was his sense of humor! He will be missed greatly here by co-workers and the clients that were on his delivery route. I am sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We will never forget the fun and laughter we shared with Jim and Joe in Vitale's Lounge. Jerry and I went there for our first date and 29 years later we are still together. When our apartment building caught fire, one month after Jerry and I moved in together we didn't have any insurance. We stopped by Vitale's a couple of weeks later and Jim and Joe took us to the office and handed us a huge container of money. They had passed the hat every night and along with the money were notes from the people who donated the money wishing us well. We will never forget the kindness and friendship that we shared. Rest in peace Jim and thanks for everything. Anne & Jerry McGill

I worked at Mallatt's with Jim for the past year. He was usually the first smile I saw when I got to work everyday. When I was having a bad day he could always make me smile and laugh. He shared my daughters birthday and asked me almost everyday how my kids were. He was a great friend and I will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Emily
