Lina Maria Vergara

MIDDLETON-Lina Vergara, age 20, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 8, 2012. She was born on December 9, 1991, in Bogota, Colombia, the daughter of Alejandro and Margarita Vergara. Lina graduated from Middleton High School in 2010 and was pursuing a teaching degree from UW Oshkosh. With a unbelievable rapport with children, Lina wanted to be a third grade teacher. She loved her family with all of her heart. She was the sunshine in all of our world, making everyone whom she touched smile. Lina loved her pets especially Toby and Primus. Lina is survived by her parents; her siblings, Coni (Dylan) Duhr, Juan David, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and their children. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave., Middleton at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 with Monsignor Douglas Dushack presiding. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton and also on Wednesday from10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
