Donald Hokenstad

MADISON-Donald R. Hokenstad, age 75, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, in Madison. He was born on Jan. 22, 1937, in Cambridge, the son of Al and Florence (Lincicum) Hokenstad. Donald attended Eastside High School. He married Amber Christiansen in October of 1961. Donald was a surveyor for the highway department. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Donald is survived by his son, Mark Hokenstad; sister, Dorothy (Eugene) Behling; nieces and nephews, Gary (Becky) Behling, David (Mary) Behling, and Barbara (Bill) Rients; and his former wife, Amber. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison. Burial will be at Hauge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Cemetery: Burial will be at Hauge Cemetery.
