Jack was the kind of brother anyone would be proud to claim. I honestly do not remember of ever being angry or upset with him. As I told him the morning of his death, being with him always made me feel good. The courage and dignity he displayed in requesting that the life-sustaining equipment be discontinued was exemplary. His kindness in seeing to the comfort of his family during the last hours was true to form. How he will be missed!

Jack was a wonderful brother who was always there to help his sisters in so many ways. One of the best parts of coming to Wisconsin was spending time with him. I will really miss him.

Jack... My memories of you are too great to try to get into a short message. Your were a good friend and confidante to me for all of the 37 years you spent with Ohio Medical and the various successive names. I will also remember you for the wonderful visit we had at our house the day before Delores passed away. I know that was the most difficult thing you ever experienced. We will never forget you.
