My thoughts and prayers are with the family. It was a difficult two years, but also filled with many wonderful memories. JJ touched many with his determination, intelligence, and smile. We are all better for the time we shared together.

Caryn; I'm so sorry to learn of the passing of your husband. I saw the brief obituary in the Sunday newspaper and remembered that your married name was Vosskamp and recognized JJ's name. I'm very sorry to know that he lost his fight with cancer and that you are losing him at such a young age. I'll be thinking of you and your little girls as you journey through this immensely sad time. God Bless you all.

I'm sorry for your loss. I have worked with JJ since 2004, and was able to meet with him one evening back in 2009 while he visited the Dallas area. We spoke so often in '09 and '10 it was like we were coworkers. I have missed his laugh and easy going attitude in the last year while he was fighting his illness. He will be missed. - Randy Smith
