Obituary
LODI-Joyce 'Joy' Thompson passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Monday, April 30, 2012. She always held fast to her hope and internal strength in coping with her long-term health issues. Joy knew how to treat herself with natural remedies and succeeded in maintaining her health and independence until her mission on earth was complete.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Joy's life will be held at HAMRE GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 157 S. Main Street, Lodi, from 1:30 PM until 3:30 PM on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
