Growing up together in Beverly Hills, Chicago...Barnard Elementary, Morgan Park H.S, football with "Anton" breathing down our backs, practicing in the gravel pit...backyard B-B-Q's with our parents enjoying their social beverages and having many laughs, tending to our "Victory gardens" to help the war effort, doing the bumper rides together in the winter...rekindling our friendship with your many visits to Carmel Valley when you were transferred to California with your insurance company(many more laughs!)...the Empehi reunions...the phone calls and the Christmas cards every year(you never forgot)...you were a true friend who cared about others and made a point of keeping in touch.
