Thomas F. Dunn

MCFARLAND-Thomas F. Dunn, age 77, of McFarland, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, in Madison. He was born on Aug. 22, 1934, in Madison, the son of Francis and Philomene Dunn. Tom served in the U. S. Army. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service in 1992. Tom and Shirley Hustad were married for 42 years. He enjoyed harness horse racing and golfing. Tom is survived by his wife, Shirley; stepsons, Thomas (Sandra) Mork and John Mork; grandchildren, Meshel, James, Garrett, Jordan and Brian Mork; brother, John (Charlene) Dunn; sisters, Margaret Dunn and Patricia Hefferon; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Marie Dunn; and stepson, Chris Mork. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Road, Fitchburg, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park, with military honors conducted.
