Obituary
MADISON- Rosalyn Putnam passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 peacefully at home. She was born on Nov. 28, 1914, to Frank and Anna (Wagner) Keller in Martinsville. Rosalyn married Harper George Putnam and they had one daughter, Carole. After living in Dayton, Ohio and Evansville, Indiana they moved back to Wisconsin, settling in Madison. Rosalyn enjoyed sewing, playing cards, crosswords puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and many other crafts. She is survived by two grandchildren, Kevin Grant and Rosalyn Grant; four great-grandchildren, Heather and Jennifer Grant, Adreane Espinoza and Garrett Meister; two great-great-grandchildren, Aaliyah and Dominic Espinoza; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harper; daughter, Carole; parents; brothers, Joseph, Edwin and Franklin; sisters, Alvina, Lillian, Margaret and Sister Matilda; nieces, Dorothy Bennett; and two grandsons, Keith Grant and Herb Crabtree. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARDS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7456 University Ave., Middleton, at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Mar. 3, 2012. Burial will be held at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Oregon. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Agrace HospiceCare or a charity of your choice in her name. A special thank you to Mary Ann Keller and Jane Hanna, along with Agrace HospiceCare.
