Lloyd Frank Bittner, Jr.

LODI- Lloyd Frank Bittner Jr., age 82, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012. He was born on Oct. 6, 1929, the son of Lloyd Sr. and S. Agnes (Walch) Bittner. Lloyd worked at Oscar Mayer for 30 years. He enjoyed trap shooting with his friends, Chris and Lou. Lloyd is survived by his long-time companion, Connie Zimmerman; daughters, Diane Butts of Sun Prairie and Deborah (Rudy) Love of Zephyr Hills; FL, and son, William Bittner of Madison; brothers, Gene (Jean) Bittner and LaVerne (Lucille) Bittner; ten grandchildren; Dawn Raines, Dana Norris, Darren Butts, Corrina Johnston, Sheldon Bittner, Shawn Bittner, Chad Wharton, Terra Palade, Nichole Wharton, Cassidy Wharton and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jacquelyn; sister, Margaret Lyons and son-in-law, Daniel Butts. Funeral services will be held at HAMRE GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, and also from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
