Obituary
FITCHBURG-Landon Arthur Volkman became an angel on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you will always be loved by your parents, Aaron Volkman and Lisa Foley; maternal grandparents, James and Mary Nethery; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Rebecca Volkman; maternal great-grandfather, John Wacek; maternal great-grandmother, Shirley Nethery; paternal great-grandfather, Frank (Margaret) Fay; aunts and uncles, Jason (Becky) Nethery, Mark (Samantha) Nethery, Jamie Nethery, and Nicki (Peter) Doggart; cousin, Lyndsie Nethery; and faithful canine companion, Lambeau. Landon was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Edwina Wacek and Timothy Nethery; and paternal great-grandparents, Lillian Fay and Ervin and Helen Volkman. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Road, Fitchburg, at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
