The level of respect I have for you will remain in death as it has in life. Jenna - Even departed, a fathers love never dies. His spirit will rest in yours until you meet again. Sgt. and Mrs. Riggs - Your son worked very hard to remain strong and pull himself from his past in order to build his future. He would not have made it this far without your love and support. After meeting you both, it was apparent that James was blessed with a family who truly cares. He not only was lucky to have you, but continues to be lucky to have you, because his memory will live forever in your hearts.

My heart goes out to your family with the death of James. I will always remember him as a kid who had a tough outer shell but a really big heart and a great smile. Take good care of yourselves. Joan
