Dad,
Thank you for encouraging and supporting me throughout my life. Thank you for the sacrifices you made so we could have good childhoods and become good citizens. As I stand each morning to say the Pledge of Allegiance and stand for a moment of silence, you will be forever in my heart. If you only knew how much of your advice and wisdom I use everyday working with teenagers. Dad, as fathers go, you were my champ, my hero. I LOVE YOU, JO JO

Dear Dad,
I feel so blessed to have shared this journey with you and Mom the past year.
So many wonderful old memories and new ones as well. You have truly been the BEST DAD IN THE WORLD and such a positive role model and mentor to me, Jim and our children. I fondly recall back in early March of 1989 when you requested that I "hold off" six days beyond my due date, so that our second child could be born on your birthday. Midnight struck on March 11th and within an hour I was in labor. We felt so honored to have our daughter born on your birthday and to name her Kaitlin Coyle Zander, after you. You are forever in our hearts, Dad. We cherish every moment that we have had with you. We love you.
Lauri, Jim, Aaron, and Kaitlin
