Claudine Rinden

SUN PRAIRIE-Claudine Ada Rinden, age 95, of Sun Prairie passed away on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, at The Highlands House of Sun Prairie. She was born on Oct. 24, 1916, in Madison, the daughter of George and Elizabeth (Tetzlaff) Harbort. Claudine was united in marriage to Stanley Rinden in Illinois. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing cards, gardening, crocheting, watching golf, and working at Olbrich Gardens. Claudine loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and sharing her wisdom and joy with those that knew her. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Kenneth) O’Donnell of Fort Myers, Fla., Bonnie (Leigh) Zeckzer of McBain, Mich., and Deborah (Michael) Smith of Fort Myers, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Claudine was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; and grandson, Daniel O’Donnell. Funeral services will be held at HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3702 County Road AB, McFarland, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, with the Rev. Chris Lee Thompson presiding.
