My dear Ruthie: I knew your sad message of loosing Helen was inevitable but your subject line "Christmas In Heaven" is soooo beautiful and comforting. I can't identify with the emptiness you will feel but because of your faith in Christ, our Lord will walk with you and carry you when necessary. I am so glad I had the pleasure of knowing Helen. I wish I had the strength to be with you but I have allowed the holiday preparation and a Domestic Violence client get the best of me this week. I never got out of my pjs today, didn't even comb my hair. My little neighborhood boys called several times today, wanting to come over but I had to say no. I know you will understand.

We are saddened to learn of the death of Helen. Such a lovely lady who will be missed by many. It's comforting to know that we 'have' a Christmas. Helen went 'home' at Christmas time. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. Fred and Nita Hemke

I am so sad that my oldest and dearest friend is gone, to a better place I'm sure. We knew each other for over 70 years. We will be together again someday to ride our horses and brooms. I'll never forget our childhood. God bless Ruthie, her children, and grandchildren. Donovan too. Love to all, May600d9
