Obituary
MADISON-Lizabeth Margaret Hosely passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011. She was born on Oct. 9, 1921, in the Township of Bristol, the daughter of Lewis and Emma (Johnson) Larson. Lizabeth was united in marriage to Baltz Hosely on Oct. 14, 1942, at Spring Prairie Lutheran Church in Keyeser. Together they enjoyed 62 years of marriage. A very loving Christian wife, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother, she devoted her life to her family. Lizabeth was an excellent cook and baker, always ready and willing to feed any number of people at a moment’s notice. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. She was a lifetime member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Lizabeth will be sorely missed by her son, William Hosely; daughter, Lorie (Stan) Midthun; grandchildren, Shannon Hosely, Kelly (Aaron) Arneson and Carla Midthun; great-grandsons, Cooper and Hunter Hosely; many nieces and nephews; and Kim Pick, who was like a granddaughter to her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; seven brothers; and a sister. Funeral services will be held at HOLY CROSS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2670 Milwaukee St., Madison, at 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, with the Rev. Mark Bartels presiding. Burial will be at Spring Prairie Cemetery in Keyeser. Visitation will be at the church from noon until the time of the service on Saturday. “...And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:17
