William Carroll

Monona - William F. Carroll, age 86, passed away peacefully at the Agrace HospiceCare Center. He was born on December 27, 1924 in Binghamton, NY, the son of William and Elvira (Roropaugh) Carroll. Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was united in marriage to PV Randt on May 19, 1950. Together they enjoyed boating on our Madison lakes and spending winters in Florida. Bill worked for Bancroft Dairy for over 35 years before retiring. He is survived by many dear and wonderful family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife PV. In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held.
