Ardis Wheeler

MADISON-Ardis H. Wheeler, age 88, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at Waunakee Manor. She was born on Oct. 13, 1923, in Deerfield, the daughter of Ray and Dorothy (Krause) Schimelfenig. Ardis is survived by her son, Randy (Joan) Kazynski; daughter, Nancy Jacobson (Jim Bakken) ; five grandsons, Wayne (Brenda) Kazynski, Tom (Kelly) Kazynski, Nick (Laura) Kazynski, Mark (Wendi) Jacobson, Todd (Laura) Jacobson; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandson; brother, Wayne; three nieces; and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Jim Kazynski; husband, Carol Wheeler; son, Douglas; brother, Norman (Eleanor); and sister-in-law, Pat. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, with the Reverend Edward Johnson presiding. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
