Samuel Joseph Falkner

My heart cried many tears for you all after I heard the news of Sam's passing. No words can express the sadness his loss is to not only you as parents, and grandparents but the many friends you have made here in the PICU. He was a beautiful little boy but God has better plans for him and he is now free of all pain and suffering and in HIS hands! Peace to you all and know we all are thinking about you!

We are so sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers go out to you all. The Angels came and took Samuel for God to love and take care of. He will feel no more pain and will be at peace forever. We are so sorry for your loss.
