MADISON - Margaret “Peggy” Franklin, age 71, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011. She was born on May 31, 1940, the daughter of Arthur E. and Margaret E. (Edwards) Scott. Peggy is survived by her siblings, Matthew “Tom” (Tai Fei) Scott, Michael Scott, and Jean (Steve) Scott; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. In keeping with Peggy’s wishes, no services will be held. A special thank you to the Heartland House, especially Jay Hanson and Agrace HospiceCare for all their wonderful care.
