Roberta Ann Seaton

MADISON - Roberta Ann Seaton, age 60, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, after a short illness. She was born on Nov. 12, 1951, the daughter of Albert and Virginia (Stearns) Tracy. Roberta proudly served in the U.S. Army in the Nursing Corps. She surrounded herself with family, they were so important to her. Her love was never ending. Roberta is survived by her children, Kevin (Joy) Seaton and L’Orchid (Chad) Lanoway; grandchildren, Keelan and Tyler Seaton, Max, Maddie and Ella Lanoway; a brother, Richard (Betty) Tracy; and brother-in-law, Don Briggs; and her cats, Tank and Samantha. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Becky Briggs. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011. A private burial will take place. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, from 5 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. A special thank you to the nurses and staff on the 4th floor at the Wm. S. Middleton V.A. Hospital. Cemetery: A private burial will take place.
