Evan Ross Cooper

Cooper, Evan Ross DEERFIELD- Evan Ross Cooper, age 19, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011. He was born at Meriter Hospital on Oct. 14, 1992. As a young boy, Evan loved to run, jump and swing. He turned some of that energy into Cub Scouts especially selling popcorn and the pinewood derbys. Evan loved camping and karate, earning his first degree black belt. He attended West High School and graduated from Deerfield High School. Evan was welcomed into heaven with the open arms of his great-grandma, Martha Gokey; grandparents, Vane and Barb Gokey and Merle and Marie Cooper; Uncle Evan; and Aunt Evelyn. Evan leaves behind his father, Joe; mother, Sheree; brother, Paul; sister, Stacey; and brother-in-law, Imran. He will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be held at MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 5705 Lacy Road, Fitchburg, at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, with the Rev. Phil Haslanger presiding.
