Obituary
SAUK CITY-Veronica J. Everson, age 57, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, after a lengthy illness. She was born on Nov. 11, 1953, the daughter of Nolan and Betty Faulkner. She married Rod Everson, her high school sweetheart, on Jan. 13, 1973. Veronica enjoyed music, especially playing the guitar. She played in a band with her mother. She also taught her grandchildren to play the guitar. Veronica was a wonderful and caring wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma and sister. Veronica is survived by her husband, Rod; her children, Michelle Niederklopfer, Matthew (Chastity) Everson, Nicole Harpold (Greg); grandchildren, Sharon, Dean, Scotty, Autumn, Emily, Caroline, Nicholas, Micha, Dylan and Gavin; great-grandson, James; father, Nolan Faulkner; sisters, Mitzi (Craig) Lovell, Melodie (Michael) Lea and Monica (Paul) Stapelmann. A celebration of Veronica’s life will be held on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., at VFW POST 328, 200 Veterans Road, Stoughton. Veronica has shown the family true spirit and courage. She has shown us how to live life to the fullest. She will forever be in our hearts and will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Veronica’s life will be held on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., at VFW POST 328, 200 Veterans Road, Stoughton.

Our sister Veronica always had a good sense of humor. She was a talented singer and played the guitar, piano, and drums during her lifetime. She was very creative in many ways. She had wonderful surprises for all of us and would put on fantastic skits for various occassions.
