Obituary
EVANSVILLE- Lori Ellen Wethal, age 52, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, in Evansville. She was born on Jan. 11, 1959, in Oregon, to Wesley and Joan Wethal. Lori was a 1977 graduate of Oregon High School. She was employed for several years at Tellurian, Inc. in Madison. Lori is survived by her mother, Joan; brother, Gregory; and her sisters, Connie (Richard) Russell, Kathy Faren, Teresa (Don) Gilles and Mary Wethal. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. Lori was preceded in death by her father. At the family’s request, services will be private. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Natalie Callendar and the staff at the University of Wisconsin Hospital Hematology/Oncology Section. A special thank you also to Lori’s friends and co-workers at Tellurian who have supported her over the past several months.

Lori and I were friends throughout school. I used to come over to your house on Jefferson Street and she, Vicky Wright and I hung around together. I still have some notes we passed back and forth in 8th grade. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. Lori you were a good person and a good friend. God Bless.

Uncle Dick and I will always cherish our last visit with Lori. We sat together at Joe Hegge's wedding reception and had such a nice visit with Lori and her mother. Our prays and happy thoughts go out to her family

It's Christmas time again. Another Christmas without you & Kathy. You have been gone so long Lori but I have so many memories of us when we young girls.The fun we had! It is still so heartbreaking to lose my " little sister" at such a young age. Love you Lori and I hope you & Kathy are still having fun on the other side.
