My heart goes out to you (Lee and Sandy) as well as others that have lost a great lady. Dawn say hi to Troy for me and tell him that we'll all be together eventually. The world was a better place for the time you spent with us, but you must spread your wings and fly with the angels now. God speed! Until we meet again. Erin Letcher

I hired Dawn to be my administrative assistant at the Sturgeon Bay Police Department. She was the nicest, most decent person I ever met. She was a saint.
