Laura was the friend everyone hopes for but rarely finds. I was blessed to have found her and tried everyday to be worthy of her friendship. God gave me the wisdom to tell her how much her friendship meant to me; it comforts me to know she felt the same about me. I will miss her terribly in the days to come and will remember her the rest of my life. The place in my heart that she filled is empty now...

I have had the pleasure of working with Laura at DOT. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. My sympathies to her family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Laura for business. I met her the 1st time 20 years ago and even though we only met in person a few times over the years, we talked often on the phone and I considered her a friend. Like many, I feel blessed to have known Laura. She greeted me with a cheery hello and a how is your day; every time I saw her at DOT. I will miss that greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
