Fayette Elaine Inslee,

OREGON- Fayette E. Inslee, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Oregon Manor. She was born on Sept. 10, 1913, the daughter of the late Harry and Francis Taylor. Fayette graduated from Oregon High School in 1931 and was a lifelong resident of Oregon. She married Chester Inslee on June 12, 1935. Fayette was a member of Peoples United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Terry (Karen) Inslee; daughter, Susan Wickhem; six grandchildren, Julie, Betsy, Dan, Nancy, Brian and Carly; and seven great-grandchildren. Fayette was preceded in death by her husband, Chester; and infant son, William; and grandson, Steven Inslee. Funeral services will be held at PEOPLES UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 103 Alpine Parkway, Oregon, at 11 a.m., on Friday, April 8, 2011, with the Rev. Jon Claude Bartlett presiding. Burial will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday. Memorials may be made to Peoples United Methodist Church.
