Rita A Hallett

I worked with Rita at DHS. We often had lunch together. Her courage and strength were an inspiration to all of us. My husband and I send our deepest sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Sally and Alan

My condolences to Rita's family. I worked with Rita during her recent medical leaves and had begun to cover her on some work during her absence. She has definitely left her mark in healthcare policy and will be remembered. I appreciated her kindness and share of knowledge.

I knew Rita from high school through her 40's when I left the midwest; she was a kind and loving person and friend. I see that she passed more than 10 years ago but she is still remembered. May her memory be a blessing.
