David Femrite

Femrite, David R. FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA.- David R. Femrite, age 51, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla, formerly of Madison, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2011, in Fort Lauderdale. He was born on June 27, 1959 in Madison, the son of Raymond and Anna Femrite. Dave graduated from Madison La Follette High School in 1978. He was united in marriage to Rachel Werren. Dave was a carpenter for many years in the Fort Lauderdale area. He loved fishing, boating and working on his home. In addition, he loved his dogs, Rex, Sabrina and Lady. Dave is survived by his mother, Anna Femrite; sister, Diane (Skip) Congdon; his aunt Frankie Femrite, very dear friends, Dan and Cindy Rogers, and their children, Ashley and Michael, the Flynn brothers and many more family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, and father. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2011 with Rev. Jeff Tomberlin presiding. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from noon until time of service on Thursday. Entombment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
