Mary and family --
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
I have many fond memories of your mom.... My most memorable is how your mom (and dad) always gave me a ride to school...to Frank Allis, Senate, and LaFollette. I was always so thankful for the rides, and they always made me feel so welcomed. Your mom was always so very nice to me, and your dad...I remember how funny he was...always joking around.
I know how hard it will be to keep going on through life without your mom (and dad). It's hard, and for me it hasn't gotten any easier with time. There truly is something to say about losing your mom....nobody can ever replace your mom and the love that she shared with you. It just seems that your mom should be with you forever. The only thing that has helped me through all of this, is to know that she is in heaven with Jesus, out of pain, has her sight back, and is with everyone who has gone before her. That is the true blessing. I know the same is for your mom. She is with Jesus in heaven, she is all well again, and is with your dad and all the other family member's who have gone before her. Imagine how happy she must be right now!
Something to remember...they may be gone from our sight, but will be in our hearts forever.
God's blessing to everyone!
Pauletta
