Karlina J. Scott

FITCHBURG- Karlina J. Scott, age 93, passed away on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 at HospiceCare, Inc. She was born on Sept. 17, 1917, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of Frank and Katherine Lucasik. Karlina was married to Edward Scott for 60 years, together they made their home in New Jersey. He preceded her in death in 2000. Karlina moved to Fitchburg 15 years ago, to be near her daughter, and here she made many new friends. She enjoyed spending her time at the Fitchburg Senior Center and the weekly bus rides to the grocery store. Karlina is survived by her daughter, Karlina (Alex) Cuozzo and granddaughter, Alexis.
